Here is a injury report for Week 2 of 2017. The Bears had 9 players injured, 4 starters and 5 backups spread out across the roster. If Madden had 9 players out, it would be 2 QB's 2 RB's 4 WR's and a CB, all top of the depth chart. The problem with Madden injuries is NOT frequency, the problem is distribution.

So for me: injury at 25. Fatigue 60. Threshold 45. I turn threshold all the way down to make it realistic.

I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play. What you are going to do is go to “Manage Roster”, from there you are going to click “NFL Rosters”, this is going to bring you to your current team. Make sure you have a list or mental note of all the players that you want to get off your team that are injured. I made my qb's injury and toughness at 2 and my injury slider at 1 and he won't get injured no matter how many times I let him get hit, on the run and sacked. He isn't a created player idk if that has anything to do with it. I’m pretty sure setting to 1 is the issue. Go the other way for more injuries.
