I personally think livid is better cuz of the cc and attack speed. It has already been tested that high dps is better than high 1 shot dmg. But by the weapon having those 2 stats by default at 100% we dont need to worry about those with accessories and reforges. That gives way to having all those into damage alone. Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. The fractional increase in damage is ( ( (2240+185)/200+1) / (2240/200+1))^2 = 1.16. As you can see, withered gets worse and worse.

To be fair, none of these are really good tbh Soul eater is bugged and even then it only gives like 300k dmg with 1000-1500cd on your first hit to crimson isle mobs, which barely even helps with 1-shoting them, then it's literally useless for slayers, it's a pretty useless enchant for ghosts as well if it doesn't help with 1-shoting
