6.7 exhaust brake problems. Ok guys I have a 07.5 6.7 with 150,000 miles on it. I have the egr/cooler delete, and the dpf delete, and running the XRT. When I decel on a hill the EB with pulsate when around 2100 rpm, it comes on strong them backs off, comes on strong then backs off, when it gets down to about 1600 or so it settles down.That is why it's wired backwards in some folks eyes so that one circuit could run both brakes on 2 switches. Putting a splitter coming out of the power in to the Jake switch would work but isn't the right thing to do technically.
